What You’ll Do:
- Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their style and prescription.
- Educate patients on lens options and vision plans.
- Process eyewear sales and insurance benefits accurately.
- Perform basic adjustments and minor repairs, training provided.
- Work closely with doctors and opticians to create an exceptional patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Optical or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail oriented and comfortable with technology.
- Motivated to grow in a fast paced, patient focused environment.
